Ursula Schnitzer is an art historian and curator. Born in Merano in 1971, she studied art history and archaeology at the University of Innsbruck. 1996-2000 Head of the Tyrolean Provincial Institute in Bolzano (Tiroler Landesinstitut). 1998 Coordination and project support for the provincial exhibition 'Michael Pacher and his Circle' in Neustift Monastery on behalf of the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute (Südtiroler Kulturinstitut). 1999-2000 development of the museum concepts for the Neustift/Vahrn Abbey Museum (with Theobald Innerhofer) and the St. Johann Monastery Museum in Müstair/Graubünden. From 2001 to 2023 employee and curator at Kunst Meran.
